PPL Susquehanna was in need of a brand new training module to provide new technical procurement specialists. Due to their current employees nearing retirement, new employees will eventually need training material on how to complete a specific technical procurement form. Myself and three others within an Advanced Instructional Design course were provided with the task of developing a web-based module. Taking on the role of Project Manager, it was my responsibility to keep the project moving along and ensuring all work was up to par to deliver the best product possible. I was also responsible for planning out an IRB Form, and designing/developing the module within Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Flash. The link to your left will take you to the web-based training module.
